Your tasks
- Purchase of mechanical engineering articles especially sheet metal articles and welded assemblies
- Establishment of strategic supplier relationships
- Sparring partner of the designers
- Deadline monitoring of the purchase items
- Purchase price negotiations
- Supplier complaints with interface to quality assurance
- Development of measures to achieve the set cost, quality and delivery targets
- Price and contract negotiations
- Development and implementation of new suppliers
- Continuous optimization of purchasing processes
What you bring with you
- commercial Training or comparable degree
- Technical, design understanding of sheet metal articles and welded assemblies.
- Commercial understanding of machine assemblies
- Lean methods
- First shopping experiences
- Ability to work in a team
