Seedhopper Tank System

The Seedhopper serves as an interface to NEXAT for various implementations. Depending on requirements, the Seedhopper can spread different combinations of solid and liquid fertilizer as well as seeds.

Väderstad | Carrier NX

With the Väderstad Carrier, we are able to carry out ultra-shallow stubble cultivation with the Cross Cutter Disc or incorporate large quantities of crop residues with the True Cut Discs. In combination with the Sprit seed drill or the Tempo planter, it is also possible to carry out seedbed preparation in a single pass.

Evers | Toric NX 1400

The Evers Disc cultivator injector optimizes the incorporation of cover crops and creates a solid nutrient base for (corn) sowing, all in one efficient pass. This machine is designed for sustainability, minimizing nitrogen loss and maximizing nutrient efficacy.

Väderstad | Cultus HD

Superior depth control with the world’s largest cultivator. With a working width of 14 metres, the Cultus loosens the soil and ensures optimum aeration. To overcome an obstacle, the tines can completely disengage from the soil. When re-entering the soil, they retain their maximum energy, return to their working position, and ensure depth precision.

Baarck | Tine Cultivator

Ultra-flat, full-surface tillage is becoming increasingly important to meet the constant challenges of agriculture. In collaboration with the company BAARCK, a tine cultivator was developed to enable effective resistance and water management.

  • Four tine sections with independent ground adjustment

  • Mixing, leveling, mechanical weed control, and seedbed preparation

Eidam | innoMADE MX

The innoMade cutting system combines two roller bodies running one behind the other and offset, whose oppositely twisted blades produce a clean cross cut. The helical arrangement of the blades ensures a precise cutting effect, smooth running, and easy handling. Thanks to the height-adjustable hold-down tube and the high machine weight, it offers flexible contour adjustment and outstanding performance even on demanding soils.

Degelman | Landroller

Degelman Landrollers create optimal conditions for uniform crop growth and ensure a safe and clean harvest by producing a consistent seedbed. Their robust construction and low-maintenance technology guarantee an exceptionally long service life. Within the NEXAT system, seeding and rolling can be efficiently combined into a single pass.

Väderstad | Tempo NX27

The Tempo NX27 is a high-speed precision planter specifically adapted for integration with the NEXAT system. It ensures accurate seed placement at speeds up to 20 km/h, maximizing productivity and crop emergence.

K-Hart | Spyder

The pneumatic seed drill with undercut double disc openers creates an angled seed trench. It works effectively in various soil and moisture conditions and is capable of no-till or mulch-till farming.
