Your tasks

Management of a small IT team.
Ensuring efficient and smooth IT operations as well as the availability and stability of the Microsoft server environment
Responsibility for managing the IT infrastructure and ensuring IT security
Ongoing development of IT tools and processes
Responsibility for the planned ERP implementation (Microsoft)
Analysis and implementation of business processes with the ERP
Central point of contact for specialist departments on the topic of controlling and implementing processes

What you bring with you

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or a comparable degree
High IT affinity and competence
Experience in process design and implementation within an ERP system
Analytical thinking, technical understanding and a solution- and goal-oriented approach
Communication, conflict and teamwork skills as well as initiative and self-organization
