New Fertilizer Spreaders from NEXAT and AMAZONE in Operation in Brazil and Romania
Top Performance in the Field: Precision Fertilizer Spreader NEXAT ZG-TS 20001 (20.000L)
The new implement NEXAT ZG-TS 20001 is available for the NEXAT system. With a total capacity of 20,000 litres (two hoppers with a capacity of 10,000 litres each), the fertiliser spreader enables a high area output with maximum efficiency.

At the rear of the fertiliser spreader is the tried and tested AMAZONE TS spreading unit, which consists of two spreading discs and enables working widths of up to 54 metres. This covers the individual NEXAT working widths of 28/42 metres.
The fertilizer spreader is equipped with the precise border spreading system AutoTS as well as the innovative technologies ArgusTwin and WindControl (Prof. Dr. Karl Wild, HTW Dresden). These technologies automatically adjust the lateral distribution of the fertilizer, ensuring uniform application even under windy conditions.
The fertiliser spreaders that have now been put into operation in Brazil and Romania perform outstandingly and underline the innovative strength of the collaboration between AMAZONE and NEXAT. With this production-ready development, NEXAT is continuing on its path of revolutionising modern agriculture with new technologies.
Optimized Spreading Quality with Parabolic Throw in Section Control
A particular highlight of the new fertiliser spreader is the integration of the parabolic throw of the Section Control integrated in the NEXAT terminal. This technology adapts the fertiliser application rate precisely to the spreading pattern, which leads to a significant improvement in spreading quality. The automatic control system ensures that fertiliser is distributed precisely and overlapping or undersupply is avoided. This not only increases the efficiency of fertilisation, but also contributes to the sustainable use of operating resources.

Advantages of Permanent Tramlines
The NEXAT system (Next Generation Agricultural Technology) is a holistic plant production system that integrates all necessary field operations, which previously required various types of agricultural machinery, into a single system. With a working width of 14 meters, NEXAT enables the consistent application of the Wide-Span Controlled Traffic Farming (WS-CTF) principle. As a result, only 5% of the field is trafficked, while 95% of the soil remains undisturbed. This technology allows for earlier fertilizer application, as the fixed tramlines ensure year-round accessibility.
