Rieste, Germany (M\u00e4rz 13, 2025): F\u00fcr das NEXAT System ist ein neues Implement, der NEXAT ZG-TS 20001 verf\u00fcgbar. Mit einer Gesamtkapazit\u00e4t von 20.000 Litern (zwei Beh\u00e4lter mit jeweils 10.000 Litern Fassungsverm\u00f6gen) erm\u00f6glicht der D\u00fcngerstreuer eine hohe Fl\u00e4chenleistung bei maximaler Effizienz. <\/span><\/p>\n

Am Heck des D\u00fcngerstreuers befindet sich das bew\u00e4hrte AMAZONE TS-Streuwerk, das aus zwei Streuscheiben besteht und Arbeitsbreiten von bis zu 54 Metern erm\u00f6glicht.<\/span> Somit sind die individuellen NEXAT Arbeitsbreiten 28\/42m abgedeckt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das System ist mit dem pr\u00e4zisen Grenzstreusystem AutoTS sowie den innovativen Technologien ArgusTwin und WindControl (nach Prof. Dr. Karl Wild, HTW Dresden) ausgestattet, die die Querverteilung des D\u00fcngers automatisch anpassen und so eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Ausbringung auch unter windigen Bedingungen und wechselnden D\u00fcngerqualit\u00e4ten gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die nun in Brasilien und Rum\u00e4nien in Betrieb genommenen D\u00fcngerstreuer zeigen herausragende Leistungen und unterstreichen die Innovationskraft der Zusammenarbeit zwischen AMAZONE und NEXAT. Optimierte Streuqualit\u00e4t durch Parabelwurf im Section Control<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ein besonderes Highlight des neuen D\u00fcngerstreuers ist die Integration des Parabelwurfs des im NEXAT Terminal integrierten Section Controls. Durch diese Technologie wird die Ausbringmenge des D\u00fcngers exakt an das Streubild angepasst, was zu einer signifikanten Verbesserung der Streuqualit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt. Die automatische Steuerung sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass D\u00fcnger pr\u00e4zise verteilt wird und \u00dcberlappungen oder Unterversorgungen vermieden werden. Dies erh\u00f6ht nicht nur die Effizienz der D\u00fcngung, sondern tr\u00e4gt auch zur nachhaltigen Nutzung von Betriebsmitteln bei. <\/p>\n

Vorteile durch permanente Fahrgassen<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Das NEXAT-System (Next Generation Agricultural Technology) ist ein ganzheitliches Pflanzenproduktionssystem, das s\u00e4mtliche Arbeitsschritte, f\u00fcr die bislang unterschiedlichste Landmaschinen notwendig waren, in einem einzigen System vereint. Dank einer Arbeitsbreite von 14 Meter erm\u00f6glicht NEXAT die konsequente Anwendung des Wide-Span Controlled Traffic Farming (WS-CTF)-Prinzips. Dadurch wird nur 5 % der Fl\u00e4che befahren, w\u00e4hrend 95 % des Bodens unber\u00fchrt bleiben. Diese Technologie erlaubt es unter anderem, D\u00fcnger fr\u00fcher auszubringen, da die festen Fahrgassen ganzj\u00e4hrig f\u00fcr eine gute Befahrbarkeit sorgen. <\/span><\/p>\n
